Plot:

A young woman to pretends to be pregnant in order to avoid being
fired from her job. When that gets her a bunch of special
treatment by everyone involved in her life, she tries to keep
up the lie for nine months.

Thea, secretarã într-o editurã, încearcã din rãsputeri sã-l
evite pe şeful ei cam tâmpit şi tiranic, Jerry. Când acesta
o aude glumind pe seama lui, soarta fetei pare pecetluita,
dar Thea scapã de concediere minţind cã e însãrcinatã!
Câştigând şi simpatia afurisitelor de colege cu aceastã
minciunã, Thea n-are decât o problemã: sarcina ei falsã
convinge editura sã scoatã o carte despre acest subiect,
iar coordonator e nimeni altul decât frumosul frate al
lui Jerry, Nick.
